What Is Required Is Planning Up To And Including Service Phase 4 In Accordance With Hoai For The Dismantling And New Construction In Phases, Including The Creation Of A Service Description With A Service Program For Commissioning A Later General Contractor To Provide The Detailed Planning And The Subsequent Construction. The Planning Services For The Entire Project Are Divided Into The Awards 26D0002, 26D0003 And 26D0004.
