Miscellaneous Repair And Maintenance Services – Maintenance Of The Dms-65 Steel Folding Bridge. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Repair And Maintenance Of Elements Of The Dms-65 Foldable Road Bridge. 2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Detailed Technical Specification (Sst) For The Repair And Maintenance Of The Dms-65 Bridge - Annex No. 5 To The Swz And The Designed Contractual Provisions - Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 3. The Contractor Will Implement The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With Applicable Technical Standards And Technologies. 4. The Bridge Will Be Delivered To The Place Of Repair And Maintenance Work By The Contractor. The Contractor Bears All Costs Associated With Delivering The Bridge To The Ordering Party After Completion Of Maintenance. Until The Bridge Is Handed Over To The Ordering Party, The Contractor Bears The Risk Of Its Loss Or Damage. 5. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons To Clean And Prepare The Steel Surfaces Of The Bridge For Painting And To Apply Paint Coatings On These Surfaces.
