Laboratory, Optical And Precision Equipments (Excl. Glasses) – Micro-Transfer-Printing-System. For Its Scientific Activities, The Friedrich Schiller University Jena Intends To Purchase One (1) Compact, Laboratory-Compatible Micro-Transfer Printing System For The Development, Qualification And Reproducible Implementation Of Transfer Printing Processes For Micro- And Optoelectronic Components, Chiplets, Coupons And Comparable Microstructures. The System Must Be Particularly Suitable For The Heterogeneous Integration Of Semiconductor, Photonics And Microcomponents On Target Substrates And Support Both Single Transfer Processes And Parallel Multiple Transfer Processes. The Technical Performance Parameters From Appendix 2 Must At Least Be Met.
