The Implementation Planning And Construction Of The Project Will Take Place From 9/2026 To 10/2027. Based On The Space Program Of The Project Plan, The Office Space Requirement Is Approximately 1080 Brm2. The Space Program Has Included A Housing Unit (Common And Customers Own Spaces), Special Spaces, Teaching Spaces, Kitchen And Waste Management, Staff Spaces, Traffic Area, Parking And Lounge Area. The Projects Life Cycle And Energy Efficiency Goals Have Been Set At A High Level. The Welfare Area Of Lapland Reserves The Right To Change The Anticipated Schedule. In Addition To The Real Estate Leasing Agreement, The Contract Also Includes A Development Agreement, A Right-To-Purchase And Sale Agreement, And A Land Lease Agreement. The Chosen Financier Acts Only As A Financier In The Project, And With The Above-Described Contractual Entity, The Bidder Ensures That It Bears Only The Credit Risk Related To The Financing In The Project. The Project Risk And Other Responsibilities Related To The Rental Property Are Transferred To Other Parties In The Contract.
