Prior Information Notice For Construction Work – Ve9407. Fraport Ags Fas (Frankfurt-Ausbau-Süd) Intends To Expand The Baggage Handling Systems In Terminal 3 With Measures M7 And M9. Measure M7 Is Essentially Divided Into The Expansion Of Two Additional Baggage Circulation Routes In The Baggage Claim Hall, The Expansion Of The Baggage Carousels For Inbound Baggage Handling And The Connection Of The Baggage Conveyor System To The Existing System. Measure M9 Includes The Creation Of A Redundant Conveyance Of The Check-In Belt Systems To The Container System (Bypass To The X-Ray Systems In E02) As Well As The Implementation Of 2 Additional X-Ray Control Systems Integrated Into The Gfa Including Conveyor Technology Connection. It Is Planned To Begin Implementing Individual Measures From 2027. In Accordance With Building Regulations, The T3 Remains In Operation. Other Functions Remain In Use During Construction Work. Measure M7: Expansion Of The Two Reserved Baggage Claim Circuits In Building 600, Level E01 (Arrival Baggage Claim Hall), Including The Expansion Of The Two Reserved Drop-Off Points For Arrival Baggage As Well As The Two Transport Lines For Arrival Baggage (Connecting Routes E01-Eu1 Between The Arrival Baggage Drop-Off Points In Building 601, Level E01, And The Baggage Claim Loops In Building 600, Level E01). The Subject Of Measure M7 Are Services For The Ve9407 Heavy Current Gfa (M9, M7) With, Among Others, The Following Performance Ranges: From An Electrical Engineering Perspective, The Existing Main Distribution Board Of The Gfa X_T002 Must Be Expanded With Additional Parallel Cables Due To An Increase In Performance. It Is Planned To Use The Existing Routes For Cabling And Make Minor Adjustments If Necessary. The Opened Firewalls Must Be Closed Again In Accordance With The Approval. Lighting, Sockets And Elt Connections Will Be Added To The New Circuits In The Maintenance Aisle. The Supply Routes (Eük) To The Circuits Across The Ground Also Need To Be Upgraded. Additional Lighting Along The Lines And New Workstations Needs To Be Added. M7 Quantity Estimate Elt: Expand Approx. 20M Route System, Re-Lay And Connect 160M N2xch 4X95/50Mm² Cable, Circuit Extension To Existing Distributor, Open 15X Existing Fire Barrier And Rebuild Up To 0.4M², 25 New Lights Including Cabling. Measure M9: Increasing The Availability Of The Existing Mrka Control Devices In Building 602, Level E02, By Expanding A Redundant Belt System On The Same Level. In Addition, The Expansion Of Two Additional X-Ray Control Devices With Separators/Joiners In Building 602, Level Eu2, Including The Corresponding Transport Line, As Well As The Provision Of An Additional (Third) X-Ray Control Device Must Be Planned And Implemented. The Subject Of Measure M9 Are Services For The Ve9407 Heavy Current Gfa (M9, M7) With, Among Others, The Following Service Areas: Delivery And Operational Assembly Of The Str. Required For The Expansion Of The Gfa Systems/X-Ray Devices
