The Subject Of The Order Is: Effective Disinfestation Of The Collections Of The Twentieth Czartoryski Library In Krakow Using The Dynamic Method - Anoxia Using An Oxygen-Free Or Low-Oxygen Atmosphere With The Use Of Inert Gases, Along With The Disinfestation Service Of Selected Rooms For Their Storage. 2. The Anoxia Service Involves Anaerobic Or Low-Oxygen Disinfestation, I.E. The Destruction Of Insects Feeding On Objects Understood As All Forms Of Insect Occurrence, And Will Cover Approximately 4,700 Linear Meters Of The Collection By Carrying Out The Entire Process Using A Specialized Device Intended For Paper Objects Of Cultural Heritage. 3. The Disinfestation Process Will Be Carried Out In Situ In The Place Where The Collections Are Stored In Spytkowice Castle, Ul. Zamkowa 48, 34-116 Spytkowice, In Empty Rooms, Divided Into Stages: 1) Stage I - Implementation Within 13 Weeks From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract Disinfestation Service Using The Anoxia Method Of Collections Located In Rooms On The Ground Floor And In Accessible Parts Of Warehouse Spaces Where The Collections Are Stored. 2) Stage Ii - Implementation From May 10, 2027 With An Implementation Time Of 24 Weeks. Disinfestation Service Using The Anoxia Method Of Collections Located In Rooms On The First Floor And In Accessible Parts Of Warehouse Spaces Where Collections Are Stored. 3) Stage Iii - Implementation From May 10, 2027 With A Completion Time Of 24 Weeks Disinfestation Service Using The Anoxia Method Of Collections Located In Rooms On The Second Floor And In Accessible Parts Of Warehouse Spaces Where Collections Are Stored. 4. The Ordering Party Requires That, Due To The Value Of The Collections Covered By The Anoxidation Service, During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Has Civil Liability Insurance For The Activities Related To The Subject Of The Contract, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Draft Agreement, Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 5. The Ordering Party Requires The Employment Of Employees Under An Employment Contract, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In Chapter Vi Of The Swz. 6.
