Company Health Services – Occupational Health Services. The Assignment Concerns The Provision Of Occupational Health And Safety Services And Associated Services For The Client. The Services Are Aimed At Supporting The Client And Its Employees In Preventing And Limiting Absenteeism, Promoting Sustainable Employability And Maximum Participation And Complying With The Obligations Arising From The Working Conditions Act And Other Relevant Legislation And Regulations. The Estimated Value Of The Order Is Based On Historical Data And Excludes Vat. No Rights Can Be Derived From This Estimate. The Estimated Order Value Is €175,000 Per Year Excluding Vat. With An Initial Contract Duration Of Three (3) Years, The Estimated Value Of The Assignment Is €525,000 Excluding Vat. The Agreement Can Be Extended By The Client A Maximum Of Two (2) Times For A Period Of Two (2) Years. Including These Extension Options, The Maximum Total Order Value Is € 1,225,000 Excluding Vat.
