Quantity Or Volume Of The Public Order: - Supply Of 2 Tents With A Heater - Type 1; - Delivery Of 6 Tents With Heater - Type 2; - Delivery Of 2 Tents With A Heater - Type 3. The Contract Enters Into Force From The Date Of Its Registration In The Records System Of The Contracting Authority And Is Valid Until The Expiration Of The Warranty Period Of The Goods And The Satisfaction Of All Claims Of The Contracting Authority Related To The Warranty Liability Of The Contractor. The Deadline For Delivery Is Up To 90 Days, Counted From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Contract, But No Later Than November 30, 2026. The Contract May Be Amended With Respect To The Deadline(S) For Delivery (November 30, 2026) The Public Procurement Activities, On The Basis Of Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Procedure Code, By Mutual Agreement Of The Parties, Expressed In Writing, In The Event That The Deadline For The Implementation Of The Activity/Project Agreed With A Contract For The Provision Of Non-Reimbursable Financial Assistance Under Project 101191654-Ecpp-2024-Bg-Hcp Increasing The Capacity Of The High-Capacity Pumping Module Under The Union Civil Protection Mechanism Is Amended By An Additional Agreement. The Deadline For Delivery Is Extended By A Period Corresponding To The Period By Which The Deadline For The Activity/Project Was Extended, But No Longer Than The Period Between The Date Of Expiry Of The Deadline For Delivery And The End Date Of The Extended Deadline For The Activity/Project. The Scope And Nature Of The Possible Amendment, As Well As The Conditions Under Which It Can Be Used, Should Not Lead To A Change In The Subject Of The Order. The Amendment Should Correspond To The Amendments In The Rules And Instructions Of The Funding Body And/Or In The Contract For The Provision Of Bfp, Which Can Only Be A Factual Basis For The Amendment Of The Contract In The Hypothesis Of Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code. *Note: The Contractor Shall Notify In Writing No Less Than 7 Calendar Days In Advance Of The Specific Date And Time At Which The Delivery Will Be Made. - Warranty Period Of Tents No Less Than 60 Months; - Warranty Period Of Electric Pumps – Not Less Than 24 Months; - Warranty Period Of The Lighting Fixtures – Not Less Than 24 Months; - Warranty Period Of The Heaters – Not Less Than 24 Months;
