Construction Supervision Services - Performing Investor Supervision Over The Task: Design And Execution Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Entitled: Works On The Railway Line No. 179 On The Tychy - Bieruń Stary Section Implemented Under The European Funds For Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 Program. The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide Investor Supervision Over The Task Design And Execution Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Entitled: Works On The Railway Line No. 179 On The Tychy - Bieruń Stary Section Implemented Under The European Funds For Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 Program, I.E. In Particular: A) Performing The Function Of Engineer In Accordance With The Agreement And The Contract(S). Construction/Mine; B) Material And Financial Management, In Particular Comprehensive Management Of The Construction Contract In Terms Of Its Settlement, Monitoring And Financial Reporting; C) Technical Management, Including Performing The Duties Of The Investors Supervision Inspector For Construction Contracts; D) Management, Including Coordination Of All Construction Contracts Concluded Under The Project; Land, Waste Management, Greenery Management) And Environmental Supervision, In Accordance With The Decision On Environmental Conditions, Provisions Agreeing The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Project And Other Administrative Decisions In This Regard. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes The Term Option Right For The Basic Scope Described In The Agreement;
