The Subject Of The Order Are Supplies And Accompanying Services Related To The Implementation Of Comprehensive Technological Equipment For The Chamber Stage Being Built As Part Of The Implementation Of The First Stage Of The Investment Project Entitled Reconstruction And Renovation Of The Theater Building Along With The Expansion And Superstructure Of The Existing Building. This Task Is Carried Out As Part Of A Multi-Year Investment Project Called Expansion Of The Theater Building, Included In The Multiannual Financial Plan Of The Greater Poland Voivodeship For 2024-2026. As Part Of The Architectural And Construction Project, A New Stage Space Is Being Created, Including A Multi-Functional Chamber Stage With Technical Facilities, Technological Platforms, A Technical Mezzanine And A Complex Of Dressing Rooms And Back-Up Rooms For The Technical, Production And Artistic Teams. The Scope Of This Order Includes Delivery, Installation, Assembly, Configuration, Commissioning, Training And Integration Of Stage Technology Systems, Which Constitute The Comprehensive Equipment Of This Space. The Implementation Of The Order Is The Second Stage Of The Investment, The Aim Of Which Is To Fully Equip The Chamber Stage With Modern, Integrated Technological Systems, Enabling Artistic And Educational Activities And The Organization Of Cultural Events At A High Technical Level. The Stage Is To Be Equipped With A Modern Lighting Park Based On Energy-Saving Led Fixtures, Enabling The Implementation Of A Wide Range Of Lighting Scenarios, Using Advanced Control Systems And Network Signal Distribution (Dmx / Ethernet). The Lighting System Is Intended To Ensure High Flexibility Of Configuration, Precise Light Modeling And Adaptation To Various Stage Forms. An Important Element Of The Project Is Also The Implementation Of Multimedia Systems Including High-Power Projectors, Projection Screens And A Stage Camera System Enabling Projections, Image Recording, Event Transmission And Image Integration With The Stage And Sound Layers. A Particularly Important Element Of The Project Is The Implementation Of Advanced Electroacoustic Solutions, Including An Immersive Sound System Enabling The Creation Of A Three-Dimensional Sound Environment And Significantly Expanding The Stages Performance Capabilities. An Integral Part Of The System Is Also An Audio Description System, Ensuring The Accessibility Of Events For People With Visual Disabilities, In Accordance With Current Accessibility Standards And Universal Design Requirements. This System Must Be Fully Integrated With The Electroacoustic Infrastructure And Enable Flexible Signal Distribution To Individual Receivers. The Technological Solutions Used Must Create A Coherent, Scalable And Future-Proof System, Enabling Easy Reconfiguration Of The Stage Space And Adapting It To Various Forms Of Artistic Activity.
