Engineering Services – N01.48 Mp-250029 - Vm-Ch Utii Computer - Apr+Dlt Bsa And Traffic Engineer For Installation Of Computer Phases 32 (Recovery) To 53 (Id 11905). The Objective Of This Project Is To Implement The Vr-Rm-Vm-Ch Ut Ii Calculator Throughout The Perimeter Of Territorial Unit Ii, Allowing Automatic Speed Regulation As Well As Managing The Danger Warning (Ghgw). The Pun And Rado Are Not Part Of This First Part Of The Project. Different Local Ghgw Systems Already Exist Or Will Be Soon, And Will Have To Be Integrated Into The Global Vm-Ch Ut Ii. This Will Allow Users Of The Infrastructure To Have Only One Entry Point, With Standardization Of The Graphic Charter According To The Ofrou Sa-Ch Style Guide. Particularities Will Have To Be Taken Into Account Following The Agreements Existing Between The Vmz And The Vaud And Geneva Police Forces For The Management Of Traffic In The Lausanne And Geneva Urban Areas. The Scope Of This Project Is Limited To The Following Sections Of National Roads: • N01: From Bardonnex To Esset-Pittet • N01m: From Ecublens To Lausanne-Maladière • N09: From Villars-Ste-Croix To Bex The Areas Affected By This Part Of The Project Are Signaling (D4) And The Management System (D6). No Direct Intervention On Signaling Is Planned Within The Framework Of This Mandate; However, Mastery Of D4 Principles Remains Essential, In Particular For The Verification And Validation Of Ghgw Scenarios. As Part Of This Project, The Apr-Dlt Bsa Agent And The Traffic Engineer Are Therefore Asked To Carry Out: • Control Of The Software System Proposed In The Mp Vm-Ch Ut Ii For The Entire Territorial Unit Ii; • Drafting Public Tender Documents For Service Providers Carrying Out The Work; • The Commissioning Of The Vr-Rm-Vm-Ch F1 Calculator System And The Integration Of The Various Related Projects Dealing With Local Ghgw After The Commissioning Of Said System; • Verification Of Ghgw Scenarios For Each Sub-Project During Integration; • Define An Interface Satisfying The Requirements Of The Sa-Ch Style Guide According To The Documentation In Force, Coordinated With The Ge, Vd And Fr Fonts, The Vmz And The Ut; • The Vm-Ch Ut Ii System Will Be Integrated Into The Uels-Ch Ut Ii Infrastructure. This Integration Must Be Transparent For The User.
