Architectural Design Services - The Service Of Preparing The Necessary Technical Documentation Along With The Necessary Opinions, Arrangements - Preparation Of Technical Documentation And Cost Estimates For The Works Covered By The Project - Task 15, Task 30. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is: A) Development Of Design Documentation: - Inventory Of The Facility. Preparation Of A Comprehensive (Multi-Discipline) Inventory,  Construction Design. Development Of A Multi-Discipline Project, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law And Relevant Regulations,  Technical And Executive Design. Development Of A Multi-Discipline Technical And Executive Design And Bill Of Quantities, Investor Cost Estimates, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Bioz Plan. 2. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 4. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Submission Of Evidence Together With The Offer To Confirm The Compliance Of The Services Offered With The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order/Description Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria/Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Order. 5. The Ordering Party Allows For An On-Site Visit Before Submitting The Offer. To Arrange A Site Visit, Please Contact The Ordering Party. A Report Will Be Prepared From The On-Site Visit. 6. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Fulfill The Order. 7. The Ordering Party Allows The Execution Of Part Of The Order To Be Entrusted To Subcontractors. 8. The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate In The Offer Form The Parts Of The Order Whose Performance He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors, And Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known. 9. If The Change Or Resignation From The Subcontractor Concerns The Entity Whose Resources The Contractor Relied On, In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In Art. 118 Section 1 Of The Act, In Order To Demonstrate Compliance With The Conditions For Participation In The Procedure, The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate To The Ordering Party That The Proposed Other Subcontractor Or Contractor On Its Own Meets Them To An Extent No Less Than The Subcontractor Whose Resources The Contractor Relied On During The Contract Award Procedure. The Provision Of Art. 122 Of The Act Shall Apply Accordingly. 10. Entrusting The Performance Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors Does Not Release The Contractor From Responsibility For The Proper Performance Of This Order. 11. If References To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Specifications Are Used In The Documentation Of The Proceedings, Technical And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Article 101 Of The Pzp Act, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To The Described Names. When Analyzing The Procedure Documentation, The Contractor Should Assume That Each Reference Referred To In Article 101 Of The Pzp Act Is Accompanied By The Word Or Equivalent.
