Maintaining The Link Between The Credit Line And Banking Services Is An Essential Part Of Sound Financial Management For The Joint Community Commission. The Contracts Provided For In The Context Of This Public Contract May, In The Event Of Activation Of The Review Clause Referred To In Article 38 Of The Royal Decree Of 14 January 2013 Determining The General Implementation Rules For Public Contracts, Also Be Carried Out For The Benefit Of The Non-Profit Organization New Samusocial And/Or Brusshelp, Whereby These Entities Are Responsible For Carrying Out The Cashier Tasks On Their Behalf.
