The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of New Containers For Selective Collection Of Used Batteries In Accordance With The Requirements Of This Opz, In The Number Of 50 Pieces, And Their Installation In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party In The City Of Zgierz.2. The Baskets Will Be Installed In 50 Places In The City Of Zgierz Commune, On Dates Agreed With The Ordering Party, With The Final Date Of Order Completion Being October 30, 2026. 3. A List Of Places Where Battery Baskets Should Be Installed Will Be Provided To The Contractor On The Day The Contract Is Signed. 4. The Contractor Is Responsible For Any Destruction Or Damage To Baskets Caused During Loading, Transport, Unloading And Assembly.5. The Contractor Will Provide A Five-Year Warranty On The Baskets.6. Requirements To Be Met By The Baskets: 1) Hanging, Mounted To The Wall, No Wider Than 42 Cm; 2) Container Capacity From 20 To 65 L; 3) Lockable With The Triangular Key Provided; 4) A Battery Insertion Hole In The Lid, 5) The Containers Are To Be Made Of Sheet Metal Electrolytically Protected Against Corrosion, 3 Mm Thick, Cut And Bent By Cnc; 6) The Container Is To Have A 0.8 Mm Thick Galvanized Metal Insert To Prevent Small Batteries From Escaping Outside The Insert And To Enable Quick Emptying; 7) Equipped With A Door Enabling The Insert To Be Removed; 8) The Elements Of The Container Are To Be Red; 9) The Basket Should Not Have Visible Sags; Each Container Must Bear The Inscription Used Batteries; 10) The Structure Of The Basket Is Intended To Provide Protection Against Weather Conditions. 7. The Containers Must Have Four Mounting Holes. 8. The Containers Are To Be Permanently Mounted On Brick And Metal Pergolas Indicated By The Ordering Party.9. The Ordering Party Will Collect The Baskets Based On The Acceptance Protocol. The Signed Protocol Will Be The Basis For Issuing An Invoice. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Indicates The Origin (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier) Of Materials Or Standards, Approvals, Specifications And Systems Referred To In Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Materials Or Equivalent Solutions Provided That They Guarantee The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order And Ensure That Technical Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Above-Mentioned Documents. The Order Is Awarded In Parts, Each Of Which Is The Subject Of A Separate Procedure. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers In This Procedure.
