Computer-Related Management Services – Hosting Services And It Supervision Of The Central Ticketing System Relating To The Intercity Road Passenger Transport Networks Fluo Grand Est 54, 55 And 88. The Contract Subject Of This Consultation Aims To Provide The Grand Est Region With A Set Of Services To Accommodate And Administer The Hosting Of The Ticketing System Of The Interurban Road Passenger Transport Networks, Fluo Grand Est 54, 55 And 88 And To Take Charge Of The Recovery And Transfer Of Current Equipment. The Ticketing System Consists Of A Central Server And Several On-Board (430 Consoles) Or Fixed (13 Sales Station Terminals) Equipment. In This Capacity, The Incumbent Will Be Responsible For The Technical Administration Of The Central System, In Particular Through The Resumption And Transfer Of Current Equipment With Guarantee Of Data Integrity, The Hosting Of The Central Site And Technical Monitoring Services For Its Operation (Supervision, Operating Tasks, Backup Management, Etc.). The Contract Will Be Concluded In The Form Of A Single-Award Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders, With No Minimum Amount And For A Maximum Amount Over The Total Duration Of The Framework Agreement (Renewals Included) Of 360,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax.
