Container Volume Approx. 27-33 M3, I.E. Approx. 8-10 Tons Of Waste Per Container. The Place Of Performance Of The Public Contract, I.E. The Place Of Waste Acceptance, Is The Site Of The Waste Management Operation Of The City Of Chomutova, Pražská Street (Gps Coordinates - Loc: 50°2645.355N, 13°2556.519E). The Rights And Obligations Of The Contracting Parties Regarding, In Particular, The Technical Conditions For The Use Of Collection Equipment, Changes To Equipment Or Waste Management Methods, And The Obligation To Take Out Liability Insurance Are Detailed In Article Iii. The Contract Proposal, Which Is Part Of The Published Procurement Documentation. The Total Expected Amount Of Waste Is 16,000 Tons Per Year. The Performance Period Is Two Years, With The Possibility Of Using The Optional Right Of Extension By One Year. Expected Start Of Implementation From 01.09.2026.
