Building Construction Work – Complete Renovation Of The Auenfeld Barracks, Wpl Frauenfeld, 4Th Stage, Bkp 211.9 Construction Work, (Guard Building Wg). The Guard Building (Wg) Consists Of A Basement, A Ground Floor And An Upper Floor, Has A Passage And Is Used To Control Access To The Auenfeld Barracks And To Accommodate Prisoners. This Tender Is Intended To Procure The Master Builders Work And Possibly Some Of The Steel Construction Work For The Construction Of The Guard Building. The Total Concrete Volume Is Approx. 1400M3, Of Which Around 3500M2 Of Walls And 1200M2 Of Ceilings Are Planned In Type 2+ Concrete. The Steel Construction Work Associated With The Shell Construction Work Amounts To Around 160 Tons. The Steel Construction Work For Bridging The Passage Will Be Procured Through A Separate Tender. The Steel Construction Work Under The Ground Floor Slab Is Also Included In The Builders Submission.
