The Leipzig Public Utilities Are Inviting Tenders For The Comprehensive General Planning Of A Large Heat Pump System With A Thermal Output Of Up To 120 Mw. The Location Is The Rosental Sewage Treatment Plant. The Aim Of The Project Is To Build An Approved And Functional System For The Sustainable And Efficient Use Of Treated Wastewater To Provide District Heating. The Following Services Must Be Provided: • Comprehensive General Planning Of Service Phases 1 - 8 In Accordance With Hoai • Process And Plant Engineering Planning Including Commissioning • Hydraulic Engineering Planning Of The Extraction And Discharge Structure • Preparation Of All Necessary Approval Documents Including Expert Reports • Project Management And Progressive Documentation • Construction Supervision • Creation Of Final As-Built Documentation
