Road Transport Services – Procurement Of Transport Services For Medical Rehabilitation Aids. The Vantaa And Kerava Welfare Area (Customer Or Vake) Organizes A Tender For The Procurement Of Transport Services For Medical Rehabilitation Aids Under The Conditions In Accordance With Its Appendices. The Object Of The Procurement Is The Transport Services Of Medical Rehabilitation Aids To The Vantaa And Kerava Welfare Areas. The Aids Loaned To The Customers Of The Vantaa And Kerava Welfare Areas Are Delivered From Three Locations Of The Aid Lending Company, From Vantaas Koivukylä Health Station, Vantaas Myyrmäki Health Station, And Kerava Health Station. The Service Includes Pickups Of Aids From These Offices, Transports Between Offices, Transports To Other Units Of The Subscriber Or A Third Party, And Transports To Customers Homes. Correspondingly, The Service Includes Picking Up Aids From Other Units And From Customers Homes And Returning Them To The Office Specified By The Customer. The Transport Destinations Are Mainly In The Area Of The Cities Of Vantaa And Kerava, But There May Occasionally Be Transport Outside The Area, Mainly To Uusimaa. In Addition, The Service Includes Route Planning, Driving Arrangement Customer Service, And Reporting. In Principle, The Service Does Not Include Transport Between Suppliers And The Customer. The Object Of The Procurement Is Described In More Detail In This Request For Tenders And Its Attachments. The Customer Chooses One Supplier With Whom It Signs A Contract. The Contract Is Fixed-Term And Its Duration Is One (1) Year Starting On October 1, 2026. After The Fixed-Term Contract Period, The Contract Will Automatically Continue Indefinitely. Regarding The Order Quantities, There May Be Periodic Fluctuations, And The Subscriber Does Not Commit To The Order Quantities. The Customer Has Carried Out A Month-Long Monitoring Of The Transports, Which Gives A Justified Estimate Of The Average Transport Volumes. The Monitoring Period Of Transportation Quantities Is Described In The Appendix Route List.
