The Ordering Party Requires That The Products Be Sterile, Packed In Double Packaging, Equipped With An Appropriately Marked Label And At Least 6 Pieces Of Self-Adhesive Labels Correctly Marked, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And The Attached General Terms And Conditions Of The Patient Warranty. The Required Order Completion Date Is Specified By The Ordering Party As 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract. The Ordering Party Requires Successive Deliveries Of The Offered Goods Within This Period In Accordance With Current Orders. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. Offers In The Procedure May Only Be Submitted For The Entire Order. The Order Is Indivisible Because The Delivery Must Be Made By One Contractor Due To The Need To Ensure Compatibility Of Medical Devices, Technical Consistency During The Procedure And The Responsibility Of One Contractor For The Completeness Of The Delivery.
