The Services Include: • For Résidence La Pastourelle → The Culinary Production Of Meals In The La Pastourelle Kitchen, The Supply Of Foodstuffs Necessary For Their Preparation, And The Dietary Support Associated With Production. • For The Ccas Of Pierrelatte → The Culinary Production Of Meals In Cold Connection In The Kitchen Of The Résidence La Pastourelle, The Supply Of Foodstuffs Necessary For Their Preparation, The Packaging Of The Meals Allowing Their Conservation, Their Transport To The Delivery Point Defined By The Ccas, The Dietary Support Associated With The Production, And The Provision Of A Refrigerated Utility. It Is Expressly Specified That The Services Of This Contract Do Not Include The Delivery Of Meals To The Beneficiaries Homes, Which Is Ensured By The Ccas. The Detailed Terms Of Performance Of The Services Are Specified In The Specifications Of Special Technical Clauses. This Contract Is Awarded As Part Of A Group Of Orders Made Up Of The Communal Social Action Center (Ccas) Of Pierrelatte (Coordinator Of The Group) And The Autonomous Public Establishment Résidence La Pastourelle.
