The Subject Of This Procurement Procedure Is The Modernization Of The Existing Telecommunications Environment And The Subsequent Operation Of The Modernized Solution As Part Of A Managed Service Model. As Part Of This Process, The Modernization (Works) And Operation (Services) Services Are Awarded In Their Entirety To One Contractor.
