The Total Estimated Value Of The Contract Amounts To The Amount Of Twenty-Five Million, Five Hundred Thousand Euros (€25,500,000.00), Plus Vat And Is Broken Down As Follows: • €17,000,000.00 Budget Of The Subject Of The Contract, For A Period Of Twenty-Four (24) Months, For The Supply Of Specially Configured Mobile Units (Van), Unmanned Aircraft Systems (Drones) And Automatic - Autonomous Surveillance Stations (Drone In A Box) And The Provision Of Their Operation And Maintenance Services, For The Three-Dimensional Mapping Of The High Voltage Electricity Transmission Network (Htn) And The Continuous Inspection - Surveillance Of The Htn Infrastructure. The Items Budget Amount Is A Bid Ceiling. • Options, With A Total Estimated Value Of Up To €8,500,000.00, Plus Vat (50% Of The Budget): A) Right To Extend: Admie Unilaterally Reserves The Right To Extend The Duration Of The Contract Up To Twelve (12) Months, With Or Without A Corresponding Increase In The Physical And Financial Object, Under The Same Conditions And The Same Unit Prices, With An Estimated Value Of Up To 50% Of The Initial Value Of The Contract And Any Additions To The Object That Have Been Applied, I.E. Up To A Maximum Of €8,500,000.00, Plus Vat.
