Rescue Services – Public Water Rescue Service - Lifeguard And First Aid Stations On The Beaches Of Costinești Commune, Constanța County. The Object Of The Framework Agreement To Be Awarded Is To Provide The Public Water Rescue Service And Lifeguards And First Aid Stations On The Beaches Located Within The Administrative-Territorial Radius Of Costinești Municipality, Constanța County (Hereinafter Referred To As The Service) For A Period Of 4 Years, Respectively Between May 1 And September 30 Of Each Year. Under The Framework Agreement, The Provider Has The Obligation To Provide An Appropriate Storage Space For The Equipment Intended For The Public Rescue Service During The Off-Season Period, I.E. Between October 1St And April 30Th Of Each Year Of Execution Of The Framework Agreement, During The Summer Season Covered By The Framework Agreement, Respectively During The Period Of May 1St And September 30Th Of Each Year Of Execution, The Provider Will Provide Lifeguard Services And First Aid Stations For The Following Minimum Structure: A) 2 First Aid Stations; 16 Observation Posts; 4 Fast Water Patrols. The Above Structure Is The Mandatory Minimum Requirement For Each Summer Season Of The Framework Agreement. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Request, Within The Framework Of Subsequent Contracts, The Adjustment Of The Number Of Observation Posts Or Fast Water Patrols, Depending On The Evolution Of The Number Of Active Beaches Or The Requirements Imposed By The Competent Authorities.
