The Use Of Exemplary Manufacturers Names Is Intended To Clarify The Level Of Expectations Of The Ordering Party In Relation To A Specific Solution. The Use Of Product/Manufacturer Names Is For Example Purposes Only. By Indicating The Designation Of A Specific Manufacturer (Supplier) Or A Specific Product In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Also Allows Equivalent Products With Performance Parameters And Quality Features At Least At The Level Of The Parameters Of The Indicated Product, Thus Accepting Every Product With The Indicated Or Better Parameters. 6.
