Property Area: 2,554.00 M² There Is A Positive Preliminary Decision From December 2025 For The Construction Project. The Construction Project Consists Of The Following Measure: Access Structure, New Building, Service Phases 1-6 The Access Structure Consists Of A Reinforced Concrete Platform Over Vehicle Parking Spaces (Teacher Parking Space And Cafe Parking Spaces), An Elevator System For Barrier-Free Access To All Floors, A Staircase And/Or Ramp And A Shaft For The Building Connection. The Elevator System Was Not Part Of The Preliminary Decision. The Vehicle Parking Spaces Must Continue To Be Available After The Measure. The Area Covered By The Reinforced Concrete Platform Is Approximately 1,183.5 M² (52.39M X 22.59M). The Access Structure Is Not An Engineering Structure. The Structure Serves As The Foundation For An Existing System (Mre) And Is Therefore An Integral Part Of The Entire Building. It Fulfills An Essential Function For The Development Of The Entire System. Note: A 3-Story Mre Will Be Re-Erected On The Access Structure. The Mre Is Currently In Interim Storage. The Storage Period In The Interim Storage Area Is Limited To The End Of July 2027, With No Extension Option. The Mre Must Be Moved To The Access Structure At The New Location On Freiligrathstrasse By This Point. A General Contractor Has Already Been Commissioned For The Dismantling, Transport And Reconstruction With Commissioning At The Freiligrathstrasse Location. 3-Story School Container Facility (Mre) Container 47.99 X 18.19 M Floor Area (Gf): 872.94 M² Gross Floor Area (Gfa): 2,618.82 M² The Extension (Access Structure And Mre) Will Not Result In Any Changes To The Existing Buildings Of The Lion-Feuchtwanger-Gymnasium.
