The Subject Of The Procurement Contract Is The Framework Contract For The Procurement And Installation Of New Population Alarms, As Well As The Modernization And Relocation Of Existing Equipment. During 2026, It Is Planned To Purchase The Two (2) New Equipment Presented In The Call For Tenders, And On An Annual Basis, Approximately Two New Pieces Of Equipment Have Been Procured Per Year. The Annual Level Is An Estimate That Does Not Constitute A Volume Purchase Obligation For The Customer. The Procurement Includes The Service That Is The Subject Of The Procurement Contract As Well As Related Goods, Documents And Service Documentation, As Well As Any Intellectual Property Rights To The Agreed Extent.
