The Contract To Be Awarded Includes General Contractor Services According To The So-Called (School) Construction Team Principle Of Howoge. The Basis For Commissioning The General Contractor Is A 2-Stage Partnering Contract. In The First Project Phase (Partnering), The Contractor Accompanies The Planning To Be Created By A Howoge General Planning Team From The Draft Planning (Lph3). The Aim Of This First Phase Is To Use The Contractors Expertise To Optimize The Planning Draft In Terms Of Costs, Deadlines And Quality Within The Framework Conditions Specified By Howoge. If Necessary, Parts Of The Planning Services May Also Be Transferred To The Contractor As Part Of The Partnering Phase. If Howoges Targets Are Achieved During The Partnering Phase, The Contractor Will Be Commissioned With The Turnkey Realization Of The Construction Project In A Second Phase (“Realization Phase”). The Contractors Services Then Include Implementation Planning, Work And Assembly Planning As Well As All Other Planning, Deliveries And Services That Are Necessary To Build The Construction Project, Including The Outdoor Facilities, On Time, Ready For Occupancy, Functional And Free Of Defects.
