Ii.2.4 Description Of The Public Procurement The Descriptive Documentation Presents The Activities That Will Have To Be Carried Out For The Design And Execution Of The Works Related To The Investment Objective High-Efficiency Cogeneration Unit In Cte Grozăvești, As Well As For Testing, Supply, Installation, Commissioning, Trial Operation, Tests For The Reception And Acceptance Of The Plant, And Any Other Tests, Training, Etc. The Contract Value Does Not Include Miscellaneous And Unforeseen Expenses. The Duration Of The Contract Will Be 72 Months, Of Which 36 Months Design, Execution, Including Pif, But No Later Than 31.12.2030, The Warranty Period To Be 24 Months From The Date Of Approval Of The Receipt To Commissioning For Technological Equipment And Installations And 36 Months For Constructions And Related Installations From The Date Of Receipt To Completion Of Works. The Period Of Design And Execution Of The Works Will Include: • 3 Months Duration For The Preparation Of Technical Documentation For The Authorization Of The Execution Of The Construction, Demolition Works – Dtac, Dtad; • The Technical Execution Project Will Be Handed Over In Stages, In A Maximum Of 6 Months; • 30 Months Execution Of Works And Commissioning.
