The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of An Educational Station With A 6-Axis Robot Intended For Learning Programming And Simulation Of Industrial Processes, Together With A Desktop Computer And A Set Of Accessories. The Description Of The Requirements Is Included In Annex 7 To The Swz. 2. Contractors Who Meet The Condition For Participation In The Procedure Regarding Technical Or Professional Capacity May Apply For The Award Of The Contract. The Contractor Will Meet The Condition If It Proves That It Has Made At Least 2 Deliveries In The Last 3 Years, And If The Period Of Business Activity Is Shorter, Each Of Them Worth At Least Pln 100,000.00 Gross And Each Consisting Of The Supply Of Equipment For Teaching Stations In The Field Of Robotics. In The Case Of Deliveries Whose Value Was Expressed In The Contract In A Currency Other Than Pln, This Currency Should Be Converted Into Pln Using The Average Nbp Exchange Rate On The Date Of Completion Of The Delivery (In The Case Of Services Settled Only In Currencies Other Than Pln). 3. The Condition For Participation In The Proceedings Regarding Technical Or Professional Capacity Regarding The Delivered Deliveries Must Be Met: 1) By The Contractor Alone; Or 2) By At Least One Entity Providing Knowledge And Experience (Subcontractor) Independently; 3) In The Case Of Contractors Acting Jointly, Independently By At Least One Of The Contractors Acting Jointly. It Is Not Permissible To Combine (Sum Up) The Above-Required Experience Within The Experience Of Various Entities Involved In The Execution Of The Order. 4. In A Situation Where The Contractor Relies On The Experience Of A Group Of Contractors Of Which He Was A Member (E.G. Consortium), The Experience Will Be Assessed Depending On The Specific Scope Of Participation Of This Contractor, I.E. His Actual Contribution To Carrying Out The Activities That Were Required From This Group Under The Public Procurement Demonstrated To Confirm The Fulfillment Of The Condition For Participation In The Procedure. 5. In The Case Of Contractors Jointly Applying For The Award Of A Contract, None Of Them May Be Subject To Exclusion Pursuant To Art. 108 Section 1 Of The Act. 6.
