Special-Purpose Road Passenger-Transport Services – Personnel Transportation Service To The Penitentiary Centers Of Puerto I, Ii And Iii, Dependent On The General Secretariat Of Penitentiary Institutions. The Penitentiary Center Of Puerto I Ii And Iii Is Located Approximately 40 Km From The Town Of Cádiz And 20 Km From The Town Of Jerez De La Frontera (Cádiz). The Purpose Of This Contract Is None Other Than To Ensure The Provision Of This Essential Public Service, Guaranteeing The Movement Of Workers From Their Location Of Residence To The Penitentiary Center In Conditions Of Maximum Security And Ensuring Their Integrity. Said Displacement, Precisely Due To The Relevance Of The Function Performed By Workers In Penitentiary Institutions In The Terms Expressed Above, Necessarily Requires Specific Characteristics Of Confidentiality And Prevention And Security Measures. Added To All This Is The Fact That, In Most Cases, Penitentiary Centers Are Located In Areas Far From Urban Centers, Which Makes This Service More Essential To Guarantee The Presence Of Public Employees At Their Workplace During Different Shifts And Times.
