The Subject Of The Contract In The Public Procurement Procedure Entitled: Purchase Of Electricity For The Needs Of The Facilities Of Mpecwik Sp. Z O. O. In Środa Wlkp. In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027 Is: 1) Supply Of Electricity For The Needs Of Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Energetyki Cieplnej, Wodociągów I Kanalizacja Sp. Z O.O. In Środa Wielkopolska In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027 To The Energy Intake Points Located In The City And Commune Of Środa Wielkopolska, Which Are Listed In Annex No. 2 To The Swz, In Accordance With The Act Of April 10, 1997 Energy Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2026 Item 43), And Based On The Implementing Provisions Of This Act, In Particular The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of March 22, 2023 On The Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of The Power System (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 919), 2) Provision Of The Commercial Balancing Service For All Consumption Points During The Term Of The Agreement, On The Terms Specified Therein And In Accordance With The Currently Applicable Instructions Traffic And Operation Of The Transmission And Distribution Network. The Place Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Commune And City Of Środa Wielkopolska. 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Notify The Relevant Distribution System Operator (Dso) Of Concluding An Agreement With The Ordering Party For All Energy Intake Points ((Hereinafter Also Referred To As Ppe) Listed In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Contractor Will Submit The Notification Within The Deadlines And On The Terms Specified In The Distribution Network Operation And Maintenance Manual (Iriesd), So As To Ensure The Commencement Of Energy Sales From January 1, 2027. 3. The Reserve Supplier For The Ppe Covered By The Proceedings Is Enea S.A. With Its Registered Office In Poznań. 4. Information On Volume And Settlements: 1) The Total Estimated Demand For Electricity In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027 Is: 2) The Indicated Volume Is Only An Estimate And Is Used To Compare Submitted Offers. It Does Not Constitute An Obligation For The Ordering Party To Purchase Energy In The Specified Quantity. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims For Any Changes In Actual Energy Consumption. 3) Settlements Will Be Based On Actual Energy Consumption Based On Unit Prices Determined In Accordance With The Tranche Mechanism Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement. 5. Option Right (Article 441 Of The Pzp): 1) The Ordering Party Provides For The Option Right To Increase The Volume Of Supplies To 10% Of The Basic Order, I.E.
