The Subject Of The Tender Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Contract With A Provider For The Supply Of E-Bikes For The Cantonal Administration Of The Canton Of Bern And For Public Bodies. The Provider Must Be Able To Cover All Models Defined Below. Partial Offers Are Not Permitted. The Following Models Are Advertised: * E-Bike Up To 45 Km/H Street * E-Bike Up To 25 Km/H Street / Urban / Tour * E-Bike Up To 25 Km/H Suv / Full Suspension The Detailed Requirements For The Individual Models Are Bindingly Defined In The Tender Documents, Especially In The Specifications. Around 250 E-Bikes Are Currently In Use In The Cantonal Administration Of The Canton Of Bern And By Public Bodies. This Tender Serves The Future Procurement Of Replacement E-Bikes And The Provision Of A Uniform Framework Contract For The Purchase Of E-Bikes In The Advertised Categories. The Provider Must Offer Either A Pick-Up And Delivery Service Or An On-Site Service At The Users Location For The Entire Canton. This Ensures That Maintenance, Repairs And Operational Support Are Guaranteed Throughout The Entire Contract Period. This Requirement Applies Not Only To The E-Bike Models Offered In The Framework Agreement, But Also Expressly To The Existing E-Bikes From The Stromer And Thömus Brands. The Maintenance And Repair Of These Existing E-Bikes Must Be Ensured As A Mandatory Service Throughout The Entire Duration Of The Contract.
