The Aim Of The Project Is To Build A Dry Flood Control Reservoir On The Jedlica River In The South-Eastern Part Of The Jelenia Góra Valley Within The Mysłakowice Depression. The Mysłakowice Depression Is A Wavy Surface Covering The Lower Sections Of River Valleys Along With The Higher Terrace Levels Of The Łomnica And Jedlica Streams At Km 2+090 Of The Jedlica Stream.
