Based On The Contract, The Following Main Services Will Be Provided: • Elaboration Of The Multicriteria Analysis (Mca); • Elaboration And Submission Of Documentation In Order To Obtain The Urban Planning Certificate; • Realization Of The Environmental Impact Assessment Procedure • Elaboration Of Field Studies: - Elaboration Of The Topographical Study, Including The Documentation Regarding Land Occupation; - Elaboration Of The Geotechnical Study; - Elaboration Of The Pedological Study; - Elaboration Of The Hydrological, Hydraulic And Hydrotechnical Study; • Elaboration Of The Traffic Study; • Elaboration Of The Study On Noise Pollution; • Elaboration Of The Feasibility Study, Including The Cost-Benefit Analysis And The Financial Model, The Opinions And Agreements Regarding The Investment As Well As The Documentation Developed In Order To Obtain Them. The Road Infrastructure That Will Be Built Consists Of: - On The Territory Of Romania: Road Infrastructure Connecting The Mureș Bridge With Dn6, Bypassing The Town Of Cenad (Approx. 8.5 Km) - Cross-Border Bridge Over The Mureș River, Located Between The Embankment On The Left Bank Of The Mureș River (Ro) And The Embankment On The Right Bank Of The Mureș River (Hu) - On The Territory Of Hungary: Road Infrastructure Connecting The Terminal Bridge (Hu) And The M43 Roundabout (Hu), If Applicable. Depending On The Solution Proposed By The Designer And Analyzed With The Hungarian Partners, It Will Be Decided On The Exact Location Of The Bridge Terminal On The Territory Of Hungary, So That There Will Be More Precise Information Regarding The Connection Infrastructure In Hungary, Between The Bridge Terminal And The M43 (Roundabout). The Activities Related To This Documentation Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Specification, The Technical Documentation Posted In Seap And The Legal Provisions In Force. The Services That Are The Subject Of This Procedure Will Be Provided For A Period Of 20 Months From The Date Of The Start Order, Staged, According To The Provisions Of The Award Documentation - Specifications Chapter 5 Stages And Documents Of The Contract. The Estimated Value Of 2,317,090.88 Lei Without Vat. The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Requests For Clarification / Additional Information, On The 12Th Day Before The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Offers, Provided That The Requests Will Be Addressed At Least 22 Days Before The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Offers. Clarifications Submitted After This Deadline Will No Longer Be Taken Into Account.
