The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Monthly Tickets For Children And Youth From The Trzebnica Commune For School Transport Organized By The Contractor In The 2026/2027 School Year. 2. The Estimated Number Of Monthly Tickets Whose Delivery Is The Subject Of The Order Is 797/Month, I.E. 7,970 Throughout The Order Period. The Ordering Party Informs That This Amount Was Developed On The Basis Of Forecasts And Is Used Only To Compare Offers, And The Actual Number Of Tickets Will Change Many Times During The Execution Of The Order, To Which The Contractor Agrees By Submitting An Offer In This Procedure. Changing The Number Of Tickets Cannot Constitute The Basis For Any Claims From The Contractor. Moreover, Changing The Number Of Tickets Will Not Constitute Significant Changes To The Contract. The Ordering Party Indicates The Minimum Size Of The Order Scope As 70% Of The Estimated Number Of Tickets. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is: A. Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz, B. Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Opz And In The Contract Template.
