Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Framework Agreement For Project Management, Regulatory Studies And Assistance To Project Management For The Execution Of Work On Drinking Water, Sanitation And Rainwater Structures. This Is A Single-Award Framework Agreement, Entered Into In Application Of Articles R2162-2 Et Seq. Of The Public Procurement Code, Intended To Ensure, On Behalf Of Clisson Sevre Et Maine Agglo, Project Management Missions, Regulatory Studies And Assistance To Project Management For The Execution Of Work On Drinking Water, Sanitation And Rainwater Structures. The Framework Agreement Is Mixed And Will Be Executed: - Partly With The Conclusion Of Subsequent Contracts (Ordinary Project Management Contracts Which May Include Additional Missions) - Partly With The Issuance Of Purchase Orders (Additional Missions Only). It Is Concluded For A Period Of 12 Months From Its Notification And Will Be Renewable 3 Times Per Period Of One Year.
