Company Health Services – Preventive Discipline Service For Monitoring The Health Of Public Penitentiary Employees Dependent On The General Secretariat Of Penitentiary Institutions. The Agreement Of March 29, 2005 Signed Between The Ministry Of The Interior And The Trade Union Organizations: Grouping Of The Penitentiary Administration Corps (Acaip), Federation Of Public Services (Fspugt) And The Galician Inter-Union Confederation (Cig), In Its Third Section -Prevention Of Occupational Risks- Establishes, Among Other Matters, The Progressive Implementation Of A Territorial Structure In Terms Of Risk Prevention And Control Of Workers Health. Article 14 Of The Occupational Risk Prevention Law, Which Establishes The Right Of Workers To Effective Protection In Terms Of Safety And Health At Work, The Aforementioned Right Implies The Existence Of A Correlative Duty Of The Employer To Protect Workers Against Occupational Risks.
