The Objective Is To Develop Risk Awareness And The Culture Of Prevention: Allow Children To Understand The Phenomenon Of Rapid Flooding, To Become Aware Of The Risk And To Develop Responsible Behavior Without Giving In To Panic And Without Putting Their Lives In Danger; All This In The Local Context Of Their Municipality Of Residence.
