Development Consultancy Services – Expert Services For Beneficiaries Of The Pilot Program Preparing Smes To Participate In The Horizon Europe Program. 1. The Subject Of The Contract Is A Service Consisting In The Preparation And Implementation Of A Consulting Program That Will Support Smes In The Process Of Applying For Funds From The He Program By Developing The Application Competences Of Smes, Supporting Them In Creating Consortiums, Better Linking National Instruments With Eu Programs And Facilitating The First Participation In Projects. Activities In The Program Will Cover Micro, Small And Medium-Sized Companies From Poland That: • Want To Implement A Project In The He Program Independently Or In A Consortium And Have No Experience In The He Program Yet, Or Have Applied But Have Not Obtained Financing, Or Have Successfully Applied To He Programs Other Than The One For Which They Will Seek Support In The Application Process In The Pilot; • Have Or Are Developing Breakthrough, Innovative Technologies At The Trl4 Level Or Higher (Technology Components Or Its Basic Subsystems Have Been Verified In Laboratory Conditions); • Demonstrate A Willingness To Engage And Learn; • They Need Substantive Support And Development Of Application Competences, They Are Not Looking Only For Ready-Made Solutions. The Program Will Provide Companies With The Necessary Specialist Support Necessary To Refine The Project, As Well As Support In Writing An Application For A Eurogrant. 2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
