The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Diesel Oil (On) In An Estimated Amount Of 1,000,000 Liters For The Fuel Station Of Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunlnej Sp. Z O. O. Located At Ul. Obroki 140, Ul. Żwirowa And Ul. Milowicka In Katowice, Within 12 Months. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Standard Summer, Intermediate And Winter Diesel Oil. The Ordering Party Determines The Estimated Quantity Of Diesel Oil To Be Supplied During The Entire Duration Of The Contract At 1,000,000 Liters. In The Event That There Is A Significant Increase In The Amount Of Diesel Oil Consumed By The Ordering Partys Fleet, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase The Estimated Quantity Of Diesel Oil Supplied By A Maximum Of 20%, Under The Option Law.
