The Subject Of The Order Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement Covering The Delivery And Installation Of Equipment In A Maximum Of 50 Premises In The City Of Gdańsk As Part Of Executive Orders. 1. The Scope Of Deliveries Includes: A) Delivery Of Apartment Equipment Elements, B) Bringing The Equipment Elements Into The Residential Premises, C) Installation Of The Equipment In Accordance With The Manufacturers Documentation, Assembly Rules And Applicable Standards And Regulations, D) Adjustment, Commissioning And Checking The Correct Operation Of The Equipment Elements, If Required, E) Tidying Up The Implementation Site After Completion Of The Installation, Including The Removal Of Packaging And Waste Generated During Implementation. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Annexes: A) Draft Framework Agreement - Annex No. 2 To The Swz, B) Draft Executive Agreement - Annex No. 2A To The Swz, C) Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Including Requirements For The Execution Of Supplies As Part Of The Contract - Annex No. 5 To The Swz. Above The Scope Of Delivery Is Indicative. The Adopted Scope Of Supplies Will Be Specified Each Time The Proceedings For The Award Of Detailed (Executive) Orders For The Framework Agreement For The Performance Of Supplies In Specific Residential Premises Are Initiated.
