Car Park Management Services – Comprehensive Management Service For Municipally Owned Public Parking Lots In Centro, Casa De La Juventud And Plaza De Los Pintores Paisajistas (C-2026/020). The City Council Currently Has The Following Three Underground Public Parking Lots: 1.- Parking Center, Located In The Same Building Of The Tax Management Service And O.A.C, On Gestoso Street On The Corner Of Rafael Santos Street. 2.- Casa De La Juventud Parking, In Callejuela Del Carmen. 3.- Parking Located Under A Public Square Located Between San Francisco And Nicolás Alpériz Streets, Called Plaza De Los Pintores Paisajistas. The Comprehensive Management Service For The Aforementioned Three Underground Car Parks Is To Be Contracted, Which Will Include The Following Tasks: A) Remote Attention Through A Remote And Assisted Control Center, Integrations And Necessary Means. B) Personal Attention And In-Person Supervision Of Equipment. C) Come To Attend To Breakdowns That Need To Be Resolved For The Proper Operation And Maintenance Of The Parking Lots. D) 24-Hour Customer Service For Access Control During The Period Provided For The Supply And Installation Of Video Surveillance Cameras With Video Analytics For The Detection Of People And Vehicles E) Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Of Technological Systems. F) Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Of Complementary Facilities G) Cleaning Of Underground Parking Lots, Contemplating Accesses, Technical Rooms For Their Use, Toilets, Internal Circulation Roads And Parking Spaces. H) Collection And Counting.
