Auditing Services – Civis-Cias Organizational Audit. The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Entrust A Specialized Service Provider With An In-Depth Organizational And Functional Audit Mission Of The Intercommunal Community Of Solidarity Cities (Civis) And Its Intercommunal Social Action Center (Cias). This Mission Must Allow The Epci To Have A Complete, Objective, Structured And Argued Diagnosis Of The Real Functioning Of Its Administration, Its Organizational, Management And Cooperation Methods, The Exercise Of Its Skills, As Well As Its Interfaces With Member Municipalities, The Cias And The Satellite Structures Linked To Its Action.
