The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Developed It System Along With Its Implementation And The Supply Of Server Infrastructure, Implemented As Part Of The Project Support For The Just Transition Process Through The Promotion Of Higher Education. 1) The It System Will Constitute A Key It Tool Supporting The Promotion Of Higher Education And Cooperation Between Stakeholders Such As Universities, Public Institutions And Enterprises. It Is To Consist Of Two Related Modules: A) Module A - Online Platform With An Ai Chatbot, Publicly Available, Addressed To People Considering Starting Higher Education, The Aim Of Which Is To Support Candidates In Making Decisions About Studying In The Region Covered By The Project And Choosing The Field Of Study Available In The Offer Of Universities That Participate In The Project. Module A Includes An Online Platform With A Chatbot. B) Module B - Extranet For University Employees, Addressed Mainly To University Employees From The Region Covered By The Project, The Aim Of Which Is To Support Cooperation Between Universities, Enterprises And Public Institutions. The Module Enables The Sharing Of Resources, Communication And Cooperation Between Entities, Expressing Expectations, Collecting Opinions And Suggestions Regarding The Directions Of University Development And New Specializations, And Also Supports The Search For Scientists And The Exchange Of Resources. 2) The Project Implementation Was Divided Into Five Stages: A) Stage I - Pre-Implementation Analysis And Solution Concept. Work Will Begin No Later Than 5 Business Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. As Part Of Stage I, The Contractor Will Develop A Detailed Schedule Containing Exact Project Implementation Dates, Which Is Subject To Approval By The Ordering Party And Constitutes The Basis For Further Execution Of The Order; B) Stage Ii - Programming Work. The Works Will Begin After The Completion And Acceptance Of Stage I And The Approval Of The Detailed Schedule. The Contractor Is Obliged To Conduct Programming Work In Parallel For Module A And Module B By Separate, Dedicated Teams. Work On These Modules Is Not Permitted In A Sequential Manner; C) Stage Iii - Test Implementation Of The System. The Works Will Begin After The Completion And Acceptance Of Stage Ii; D) Stage Iv - Training And Preparation For Take-Off.
