The Subject Of The Tender Is The Conclusion Of Contracts For The Other Direct Marketing Of Electricity From Renewable Energies In Accordance With Section 21A Eeg 2023. The Contractors (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Suppliers Or System Operators) Sell All Of The Electricity Generated In Their Systems Directly To The Client Without Claiming Eeg Funding And Feed It Into The Balancing Group Of The Respective Main Electricity Supplier Named By The Client. The Aim Is To Conclude Long-Term Supply Contracts To Supply Sustainably Generated Electricity. The Aim Is To Promote The Market Integration Of Renewable Energies, Support The Transport Transition With Green Electricity And, Through The Optional Use Of Battery Storage, Contribute To Grid Stabilization And Smoothing Out Price Fluctuations. The Electricity Is Fed Entirely Into The Balancing Group Of The Named Main Electricity Supplier. Direct Delivery To The Client Is Not Planned. The Feed-In Must Take Place Within The Balancing Group Specified By The Client. The Contractors Must Be Able To Issue Certificates Of Origin (Hkn) For The Quantities Of Electricity Supplied Or To Arrange For Them To Be Issued Via The Respective Operator. The Proof Of Origin Must Be Transferable At The Request Of The Client Or A Third Party Named By The Client. The Prerequisite For This Is The Registration Of The Respective Production Facility In The Guarantee Of Origin Register Of The Federal Environment Agency. Renewable Energies Within The Meaning Of This Tender Are Exclusively Electricity Generation Systems From The Following Energy Sources: - Wind Energy On Land, - Solar Radiation Energy (Ground-Mounted Systems), Each Without Self-Consumption By Third Parties That Are Not Part Of The Eeg System. The Maximum Annual Delivery Quota For The Entire Tender Is 95,000,000 Kwh (Kilowatt Hours) Per Calendar Year (Intended Annual Purchase Quantity). The Client Intends To Conclude Individual Contracts With Several Bidders For The Supply Of Electricity From Renewable Energies. The Cumulative Electricity Delivery Volumes Of All Individual Contracts In A Calendar Year Should Be Around 95,000,000 Kwh. The Subject Of The Offer Is The Complete Amount Of Electricity Generated In The System Offered. The System Offered Must Have A Predicted Minimum Annual Delivery Volume Of 1,000,000 Kwh.
