The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste, Including In Particular: 1) Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste Collected By Owners Of Real Estate Where Residents Live Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The City Of Bytom; 2) Equipping Real Estate Where Residents Live Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The City Of Bytom With Containers Or Bags For Collecting Municipal Waste, And Maintaining The Containers In Appropriate Sanitary, Orderly And Technical Condition. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In The Offer The Installations, In Particular Municipal Installations, To Which The Collected Municipal Waste Will Be Transferred (Name And Address Of The Managing Entity And The Address Of The Installation, In The Case Of Installations Concerning Bio-Waste, Also The Number And Date Of Issuing The Decision Of The Minister Of Agriculture And Rural Development To Introduce Fertilizer Or An Agent Supporting The Cultivation Of Plants On The Market, And In The Case Of Installations Concerning Used Tires - The Recovery Process). The Method Of Managing Used Tires Is The Criterion For Evaluating The Offers (The Rules For Awarding Points Are Described In Part Xxi, Point 2, Point 2 Of The Swz). In The Case Of Small Amounts Of Separately Collected Waste, It Is Possible To Indicate The Entity Collecting This Waste (Name And Address Of The Entity And The Address Of The Waste Collection Place). 4. At The Same Time, It Should Be Noted That The Provisions Of The Municipal Waste Management Act Do Not Oblige The City Mayor To Organize A Tender For The Management Of Municipal Waste. Waste Collection In The Bytom Commune Can Be Efficiently Performed By One Entrepreneur, And The Division Could Introduce Unnecessary Complications And Difficulties In Controlling And Contacting The Contractor, And Will Also Make The Contractors Activities More Effective And Consistent In Terms Of Achieving The Requirements.
