Quarter 2026, 2Nd Demolition Of The 1991 Football Changing Rooms And The Garages In Iv Quarter 2027. Optional: 3Rd Demolition Of The Remaining Clubhouse In Ivth Quarter 2027. The Client Reserves The Right Not To Commission Ba 3 (Demolition Of The Remainder Of The Clubhouse) Or To Cancel This Title Even After The Commissioning. A Subsoil Assessment And Foundation Assessment Is Available For The Subsoil Condition. There Are Also Pollution Reports For The Clubhouse And Changing Rooms. A Viewing Of The Property Is Possible At Any Time And Is Recommended.
