Special-Purpose Road Passenger-Transport Services – Transport Of Disabled Children From Piekary Śląskie To Schools And Educational Institutions, Including Providing A Guardian During The Journey – Part D. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Transport Of Disabled Children From Piekary Śląskie To Schools And Educational Institutions, Along With Providing A Guardian During The Journey From September 1, 2026 To August 31, 2027. 2. Total Number Of Students Covered By Transport: 32 People. 3. Maximum Daily Kilometers: 40 Km. 4. The Number Of Kilometers For Individual Routes Includes The Childrens Journey From Home To School And From School To Home. 5. Maximum Number Of Student Transport Days: 223 Days. 6. The Minimum Number Of Seats Required In Vehicles Is The Number Of Children On A Given Route + Guardian + Driver), Provided That The Number Of Children May Be Increased Or Decreased. 7. In Order To Complete The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have 2 Vehicles, Each With At Least 18 Seats. 8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate On The Offer Form 2 Vehicles With Which He Will Perform The Subject Of The Order And Which Are Also Covered By The Permit Presented In Order To Meet The Condition For Participation In The Procedure (Referred To In Chapter Ix Point 1 Of The Swz). 9. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Terms Of Its Implementation Are Included In Annex No. 5 (Drafted Provisions Of The Contract) To The Swz. 10. These Proceedings Are Part Of The Order Announced In Separate Proceedings. 11. The Contractor Submitting An Offer Is Bound By It From The Deadline For Submitting Offers Until: September 29, 2026.
