Security Services – Guarding And Security Services For Laplands Central Hospital And Other Sites In The Rovaniemi Region Of Laplands Welfare Area. Laplands Welfare Area Procures Guarding And Security Services For Laplands Central Hospital And Other Properties In Laplands Welfare Area In Rovaniemi That It Owns Or Controls. Depending On The Object, The Procured Services Are Local, On-Demand, District, Or Alarm Guarding Or, Alternatively, Combinations Of These Guarding Services And Some Other Services. The Security Targets And The Services To Be Procured For Them Are Expressed In More Detail In The Tender Documents. One Bidder Will Be Selected As The Service Provider In Accordance With The Criteria Expressed In The Decision-Making Basis Section Of This Call For Tenders. Partial Offers Or Alternative Offers Are Not Accepted. The Welfare Area Of Lapland Procures Guarding And Security Services According To Its Own Needs. The Procurement Contract To Be Concluded Does Not Include A Quantity Purchase Obligation. The Length Of The Contract Period Is 24 Months And It Includes The Possibility Of One (1) 12-Month Option Contract Period. The Procurement Contract Will Enter Into Force And Service Production Will Start From September 1, 2026. The Sites And The Services To Be Procured For Them, The Requirements For Those Performing The Work And The Provider, The Criteria For Making The Procurement Decision According To The Tender, And Other Essential Aspects In Terms Of The Implementation Of The Contract To Be Concluded Are Expressed In More Detail In This Request For Tender And Its Appendices.
